This return policy applies to handmade décor, toys and accessories sold by glozaringhak.world from our base in Great Britain (Newbury, England). We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we will do our best to help.
We sell artisanal home décor, handmade toys and accessories made in the United Kingdom. Our workshop is in England and we ship within the UK and internationally. Returns should be sent to the address we provide when you contact us (Parkway Shopping Centre, Newbury RG14 1AY, England, or as otherwise notified).
Returns and refunds
If you receive a handmade product that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We may offer a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation. Custom or personalised handmade décor, toys or accessories may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. Returns from within the UK or internationally should be agreed with us first.
How to return
Contact us using the details on our Contact page (Parkway Shopping Centre, Newbury RG14 1AY, Great Britain). Tell us your order details and the reason for the return. We will tell you how to send the item back. Please pack it carefully so it is not damaged in transit.
Refund timing
Once we receive the returned item at our UK address and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same method you used to pay.
